Mark W Stromberg (Strom) has seen this in the clients he has worked with and is the Founder and Managing Partner of S6 Business Advisory Services, a business management consulting firm. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational design mergers & acquisitions, corporate renewal, operational efficiencies, corporate finance, marketing & sales.

Mark understands business. He spent over twenty-two (22) years in the corporate environment serving as a corporate officer and president of two publicly held companies. 

​

In 1997, he left the corporate world and transferred his operational expertise and educational background from the operational side of business to the business advisory realm and started S6 Partners. Since that time, Mark has worked extensively with businesses developing “Growth Strategies”,  which include Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning and Organizational Design. Additionally, he has raised debt and equity capital, performed business valuation and structured several transactions in a variety of industries.

Throughout his career, he has been asked to step into key public positions on an interim basis. Mark was asked to serve as the interim CEO of the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce & following this, because of his experience in working with small to middle-market businesses he was asked to serve as the Director of Entrepreneur Development in Governor Huntsman's Office of Economic Development. 

Mark is a graduate of Weber State University and is a MIT Sloan Fellow and has received his Master of Science & MBA from The Sloan School of Business - Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He lives in Kaysville, Utah with his wife Teena. They are the parents of four children and they have ten wonderful grandchildren.
